The Search For The Right Vaccine

It almost begs suspension of disbelief to think how only a few months ago we could freely go out to drink and dine with friends, see a movie at jam-packed theaters, fly to glamorous vacation destinations in droves, walk around the park and chat about with fellow joggers and neighbors. That such civil liberties we take for granted could be taken away is not an idea most of us even considered a remote possibility. And yet here we all are. Masks on our faces, sanitizing gels in our purses, socially distanced at a meter and half at the very least. We might now live in a time where the “C” in BCE and CE could very well stand for “corona” or “COVID-19”.
