I. Terms of Use

A. Members

1. You must first Register by creating a Member account to gain access to the Webzine content.
2. After entering the required information, registered users confirm validity of their registration credentials by receiving the confirmation email and clicking the ‘confirm’ link.
3. After confirmation, you can now log in with your username and password.
4. If you forgot your password, click the “Lost your password?” link and follow the instructions.
5. You can examine and modify your account in the “My Account” link
6. You cannot copy or share articles without the permission of the editorial staff.
7. By being a member, you agree that W3 will send to you newsletters to inform you of events and activities related to the webzine.
8. There is no fee or charge to become a member.
9. Members can purchase products .
10. Payment is done through Paypal and credit card, and all Paypal rules on transactions and payments apply.
11. Members can become Advertisers.
12. W3 reserves the right to cancel your account at any time.
13. W3 reserves the right to change the conditions of this policy at any time.

B. Advertiser

1. To become an Advertiser, register first as a member and then choose to become an Advertiser.
2. Create an Advertiser account with your company name and company email that is different from your member name and email.
3. Select a subscription plan and select payment terms.
4. After payment, advertisers shouldto the Editorial Board a maximum 1,000-word article of the product or service you are advertising, your URL (if any), company logo and a related photo to post on the website. Your company email will be posted with the link “Learn More” for customers with inquiries. This material is still subject to the approval of the Editorial Board.
5. When you confirm a subscription plan, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
6. Advertisers are forbidden to send promotional materials to members.
7. When you cancel a subscription, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the current billing period.
8. For Sellers Outstanding orders and payments should be fulfilled or members notified of order cancellation. Materials (pics, articles) will be returned, or deleted on request.
9. W3 reserves the right to cancel your account at any time.
10. W3 reserves the right to change the conditions of this policy at any time.

C. Seller

1. To become a Seller, please email for details to info@wheneverandwhatever.world.
2. Upon approval to be a seller, please send to the Editorial Board a maximum 1,000-word article of the product or service you are selling and a related photo to post on the website. This posting is still subject to the approval of the Editorial Board.
3. Send an initial copy of your order page. You reserve the right to change this as may be required.
4. You have the right to sell any of your products or services you are advertising and will be charged .
5. If you decide to sell your product or services on our website, we are providing payment through credit card or Paypal. All transaction and payment rules under Paypal apply.
6. Before customers go into the payment page, terms of delivery have to be agreed to between the Seller and the customer.
7. Sellers will be sent an email notification to confirm a purchas
8. Sellers can view their merchant/vendor/store sales and customer reports by logging in to their dashboard.
9. When you confirm a subscription plan, and sign the merchant agreement, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
10. If you no longer wish to be a seller, inform the Editorial Board by email. All pending orders are cancelled upon confirmation by W3. The materials submitted to W3 will be returned through email or deleted at your request.
11. W3 reserves the right to cancel your account at any time.
12. W3 reserves the right to change the conditions of this policy at any time.

D. Data Privacy

1. W3 (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://WheneverandWhatever.World (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
2. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Disputes/claims regarding customer payments to merchants are handled by Paypal.

1. Unless otherwise stated, all materials, articles, photos are the property of WheneverandWhatever.World and may not be used without permission. A copy can be made for private use only. Some articles and materials on our website are from websites that offer free copyright. If you use this material, you must cite the original source and follow their terms of use.
2. If you have any complaints or objections to content posted on the Website because it was not properly credited or it was posted without permission and you are the copyright owner, please contact the Editorial Staff, with your contact information and a link to the relevant content.
